Virat Varma – FIH - Chief Executive Officer

Has diverse experience from building and setting up to commissioning and running of five star hotels, restaurants and catering facilities. He has traveled many times over the world. He has been lately serving as director in reputed hospitality chains like The Regent –Mumbai (Carlson group international), Jaypee group -New Delhi, Centaur Airport Hotels- Hotel Corporation of India, Piccadily Hotels, Hyatt Regency Manesar, Gurgaon and Hyatt Ludiana, Punjab etc. He has to his credit the launch of the first International standard pizza chain of restaurants named McDowell's Pizza King in the country. He has been the CEO of a hospitality consultancy company – Rattan Mama Consultants that handled assignments for various reputed hotel groups in India like Le Meridian, ITC, 0berois, Raheja and many others. He has been interacting with all the national and international chains operating in the country.
He is without doubt amongst the most familiar faces in the Indian hospitality industry and brings with him a network of contacts within the industry

Rajender Kumar Sharma – Training & HR Development

With over 45 years of combined experience in Hospitality operations as well as trainings, Rajender Kumar Sharma has trained over 3500 industry professionals. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Nutrition, Pusa, New Delhi and the Cornell Hotel School.

He started his career as a trainer with the Ashok Group of Hotels, a five-star hotel run by the ITDC and went on to head the operations of various premium hotels and hospitality companies in India and Africa including the SODEXHO Cameroun West Africa, Nirula’s Corner House Ltd., Himachal Tourism Development Corporation, Hotel Ambassador Resort Manali, Splendor Hotels, Mahindra Days Hotels and Resorts, among many others. Throughout his vast career spanning over 4 decades, he has been constantly associated with trainings – of Chefs, F&B and service managers, housekeeping, etc.

In his most recent roles, he has been involved in the education, training and development of professionals in the Hospitality Industry - as the Principal of the Institute of Hotel Management, SRM University, the Centre Head cum trainer at Burggruen education institute of hospitality Management (in collaboration with Hotel School the Hague) and General Manager cum academic Head International Institute of Culinary Arts. Thousands of professionals trained by him are today working with and heading some of the finest hotels in the country and abroad such as Vijay Vanchoo Vice President The Imperial, New Delhi , Kumar Sambhav, M.D. Gourmet Aura Catering Company, Miss Noor Al Sabah, Sous Chef, Burj al Arab

In his current role as the Director - Operations at Professional Catering Services Pvt. Ltd., R K Sharma is deeply involved with continuous training and development of the staff, besides heading the operation, sales and marketing, strategy and leading the expansion of the company.

Vjay Suri – Advisor - Operations & Finance

The old school hospitality professional and Hotel School Aluminai of 1956. Vijay has served hotel and restaurant Industry since 1975, He has now joined GHC as Financial and operational Advisor and Franchising Consultant to handle appraisals , negociations and finalization of all matters that are covered in this process.

Anshuman Bhatnagar – Financial Controller

Anshuman Bhatnagar a Chartered Accountant by profession is helping GHC in day-to-day financial matters of the company and specializes in financial analysis, feasibility analysis, term loan coordination with financial institutions and conducting market surveys. Anshuman has worked with hotels like J.W.Marriott Hotel Delhi, Shangri-La Hotel Delhi and Hyatt Regency Mumbai as Deputy financial controller.

Manoj Kumar – Consultant - Facilities

Manoj Kumar completed his Diploma in Hotel management from Institute of Hotel Management, Panipat, Haryana in 2002 prior to which he has graduated from Delhi University. In addition to his strong educational background, his operational Experience in the hospitality industry starts from TGI Fridays, Mark Pi ( US based Chinese fast food chain now known as crazy noodles), Ruby Tuesday and Kwality Group (Avery Famous ice cream and catering company in India). He was part of opening team Mark PI ( First ever Chinese fast food chain launch in India), In Kwality Group he helped in opening of Food Courts, Quick service multi cuisine restaurant in Malls, Hospitals and Highways. His specialization is commissioning of the restaurants and assisting in Laying down of operational systems in Hotels and Restaurants

Sanjay Kumar Roy –Project Management

Sanjay Kumar Roy brings in 30 years of diversified experience with F&B, Kitchen, Front Office Operations and Projects background and has been associated with ITC Hotels and went on to work with Modiluft Airlines , Hot Breads Chain of Bakery and Confectionery for Northern India as GM, CEO for Bisque Bakery, Confectionery and Restaurant, EAM Operations for Piccadilly hotels handling Hilton Janakpuri, Hyatt Manesar and Ludhiana, AGM for Umrao Hotels, COO for Primo Foods Pvt. Ltd amongst other assignments and has handled projects for BLU 9 Associates Pvt. Ltd, Sambhar Heritage Resorts – Rajasthan, also undertaken various projects like Troiss Bakery Indrapuram, It’s 9 Bakery and café, as Functional Consultant – Hospitality & Travel for Convergent Technologies.

Amit Kumar – Kitchen Consultant & Bio Facility Planner

Amit Kumar has more than 20 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. He is a qualified Engineer and an MBA. He heads his own commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing company by the name of, Messer’s Rans Technocrat India Pvt. Ltd. He is passionate about designing and installed commercial kitchens in facilities ranging from Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs, Staff Cafeterias’, Fast Food / Quick Serve Restaurants’. Most famous among his works is the kitchen facility within the ‘The Royal Bank of Scotland’, in Gurugram.

G S Arora – Advisor

G.S.Arora a graduate and a qualified hotelier by profession has spent over 15 years in hotel operations holding senior management positions (last four years as General Manager) in various hospitality organizations. With a thorough understanding of hotel management and operational requirements, since last 10 years he has been assisting entrepreneurs in setting up hotel projects in India. Functioning at a senior management level (General Manager – Planning) he has played an effective and important role in the growth of one of the world’s largest American chain of franchised hotels in India (Choice Hotels International). He has been involved in conducting feasibility studies for many reputed hotel groups and setting up of more than 20 hospitality projects of diverse nature ranging from five star hotels to budget category hotels to fast food restaurants. Some of the prestigious projects handled are:

Hotel Radisson - five star New Delhi, Sita Holiday resorts - Goa, Hotel Park Royal - Five Star Deluxe property in New Delhi, Hotel Majestic - Five Star property in Ludhiana. .

Hospitality Communication & Graphic services cell’ at GHC is managed by Anil Chak. He is from advertising agency background with more than two decades of relevant experience. During his career he has worked with Mumbai & Delhi based advertising agency outfits. Today ‘Hospitality & Food services’ remain his most preferred area of activity. During his career he has worked with Centaur Mumbai & Delhi. Jaypee’s Siddhartha, Regent Mumbai, Legend Of Connaught restaurant New Delhi.

Hitesh Sankla – GHC Canada

Hitesh Sankla, completed his Diploma in Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi1993 batch, prior to which he graduated from Delhi University. In addition to his strong educational background, his operational experience in the hospitality industry ranges from Best Western Surya and Sarovar Park Plaza Group of Hotels. He also worked in Uganda, Moscow and Kyrgyzstan as Manager, Food and Beverage. His specialization is in commissioning of the restaurants and assisting in laying down of operational systems in hotels and restaurants.

Currently he is based in Vancouver, Canada; Sankla is rendering services to our international clients in USA & Canada. His dedication and commitment has taken Global Hospitality Consultancy to new heights.
