GLOBAL HOSPITALITY CONSULTANTS was formed in India more than two decades ago to provide consultancy services to hospitality industry. The services include, Feasibility Study, Asset Management, Concept Planning, Operator Search, Funding Services, Technical Assistance, Marketing & Sales, Pre- Opening Operational Assistance, De-Flagging and Re-Flagging of properties.
GHC has handled a diverse range of hotel projects that include Luxury, Mid segment and Budget hotels, Resorts, Recreation Centers, Spa and Wellness Center, Time Share, Serviced Apartments.
The organization came into being with the primary objective of providing a full range of professional services to those companies venturing into tourism and hospitality business or we can say in the hospitality industry as a whole. Thus the objective at the macro level was to contribute to the overall growth of the Indian tourism and hospitality industry.
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANTS TO PROJECTS The core competence of GHC has been in the area of handling medium to large hospitality project at senior management level, [right from concept to creation to handing over of the property including everything in between] thereby controlling most of the activities through developmental stage. The role thus becomes that of a main liaison company appointed to work for and on behalf of the project promoters to deal with the outside world. The part of a ‘Principal Consultant's job profile is, to recommend and or be in charge of several lead consultant teams, depending on the size of the project, and to delegate work within the project to various teams.
GHC thus takes over the responsibility from the beginning till the conclusion of the assignment. In the process the GHC’s team addresses/monitors every facet of the project at all times keeping the primary objective in focus. Furthermore GHC oversees and guides the executions of [as the project advances] work on day to day basis. The expertise in handling projects on turnkey basis specially appeals to first time promoters, investors and stake holders venturing in hospitality industry.
