The core competence of GHC has been in the area of handling medium to large hospitality project at senior management level, [right from concept to creation to handing over of the property including everything in between] thereby controlling and assume full responsibility of most of the activities through the developmental stage. The role thus becomes that of a principle or managing consultants, appointed to work for and on behalf of the project promoters and, to deal with the outside world. The part of a ‘Principal Consultant's job profile is to recommend and /or be in charge of several lead consultant teams, depending on the size of the project, and to delegate work within the project to various teams.

GHC thus takes the responsibility from the beginning till the conclusion of the project. In the process the GHC’s team addresses/monitors every facet of the project at all times, keeping the primary objective in focus. Furthermore, oversee and guide the execution of [as the project advances] work on day to day basis.
